Architect

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join their team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that architectural drawings and plans are meticulously prepared, reviewed, and implemented to meet the highest standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drawing Management:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Review and evaluate designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure that all drawings are up to date and reflect any changes or adjustments.
• Ensure that architectural plans meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough reviews of all architectural drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in the drawings that may affect the construction process.
• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and detail in all drawings.

Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between the design team and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication of drawing details.
• Communicate any changes or updates in the drawings to project stakeholders promptly.
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of drawings and design intent to all relevant parties.

Problem-Solving:

• Address and resolve any issues related to architectural drawings that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide innovative solutions to drawing-related challenges.
• Ensure all drawing-related problems are resolved swiftly and effectively.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and design documents.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on drawing progress and any revisions.
• Ensure all documentation is thorough, organized, and accessible.

• Proven experience as a Site Architect or a similar role in events, fashion (stages/venues), or the movie industry.
• Minimum 4 years in detailed drawings
• Preferred experience in building/villas, working on high-end properties, shop drawings, and execution.
• Extensive experience in exterior design.
• Preferred GCC experience of 2 years.
