The Travel Operations Executive is a critical member of our operations team, tasked with overseeing and coordinating multiple aspects of travel management, including ticketing, ground handling, accommodation services, financial reconciliations, and project management. The role is perfect for someone with ticketing experience who is ready to take on a broader operational role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to handle a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ground Handling & Accommodation Management:
- Oversee the seamless coordination of ground services, including hotel bookings, transfers, and car rentals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets.
Ticketing & Reservations:
- Process and manage ticketing for flights, accommodation, and ground transport across various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of services.
Financial Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, perform reconciliations for vendor payments, and ensure accuracy in billing. Support financial planning and budgeting efforts across operations.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple projects, ensuring the smooth execution of travel-related services, on-time deliverables, and compliance with company standards.
Stakeholder Management & Negotiation:
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams, negotiating rates and services to ensure the best possible outcomes for the company and its clients. Support the RFP process by preparing documentation and coordinating submissions.
Customer Service:
- Deliver top-notch customer service through various channels, adapting to client needs and resolving travel-related issues efficiently, including travel disruptions or last-minute changes.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving:
- Proactively handle any issues that arise, working with clients and vendors to resolve conflicts and find solutions.
